1. First go to blogger dashboard Pages >> New page
2. Next, choose a name, such as All post, Sitemap instead of Title.
3. Then click on HTML mode.
4. Then paste the code given below(Dismiss any type of HTTPS errors).

Additional Facts.
You can use this dynamic sitemap with any theme.This will not be a problem because this is only for sitemap page area.This method works fine for desktop and does not appear in some web browser on the mobile device.It's a disadvantage here, bus it's easy for user to use this sitemap.And if your site is private and disabled feed, this method is not successful.So make the following points.
- Your site should be public, For this go to blogger dashboard >> Settings >> Basic >> Blog Readers and select Public.
- Your site should be feeds fully enabled, For this go to blogger dashboard >> Settings >> Other >> Site feed >> Allow Blog Feed and select Full or until Jump Break.
So most blogger sites have default the above steps.But follow the steps above for the affected sites.
